When comparison is enabled, the chart and table display both data series simultaneously, labeled as Compared.

Data Aggregation

You can aggregate chart results by:

  • Daily — each data point on the chart = one day
  • Weekly — each point = one week
  • Monthly — each point = one month

Breakdown by Products, Groups, Keywords

Report views are available separately for each platform in the Marketing Channels section. For Google and Microsoft Advertising, the following views are available:

Campaigns

The Campaigns view shows performance at the level of each campaign. The table includes columns such as: Campaign Name, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Avg. CPC, Cost, Conversions, ROAS.

You can filter by a specific campaign using the Campaign ID selector above the table.

Ad Groups

The Ad Groups view breaks down results at the level of individual groups within campaigns. Useful for evaluating which product segments or keywords deliver the best performance.

Keywords

The Keywords view shows the effectiveness of each keyword — impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost. Available for Search campaigns (Google and Microsoft Advertising).

Search Terms

The Search Terms view displays the actual queries typed by users that triggered your ads. It lets you identify valuable phrases to add as keywords and phrases to exclude as Negative Keywords.

Product Ads (e-commerce only)

The Product Ads view, available for Shopping campaigns, shows performance at the level of individual products — which products generate clicks and conversions and what ROAS they achieve.

Exporting Reports

Summaries — Scheduled Reports for Download and Delivery

The Summaries section (side menu) lets you configure automatic reports generated on a recurring schedule and sent by email to designated recipients. For each summary you can:

  • Download manually — the Download Report button available next to each generated summary
  • Resend — the Send Report option in the action menu
  • Test — generate a preview before activating the recurring delivery

The download and delivery format is defined when configuring the summary (date range, recipients, report language).

Export from Tabular Views

In the Marketing Channels report views, tables support options available through the column context menu — including Download File for selected rows.

For a full export of campaign data to a CSV file for further processing, we recommend using the Summaries section, where you have full control over the data scope and delivery schedule.
