Browsing and Filtering Products

The Products view is the central place for managing your entire product catalog in a project. Here you will find every product synchronized from a feed or added manually — you can browse, filter, edit, and export them.

To navigate to this view, select from the left menu: Inventory → Products → Your Products.

Filters: Category, Status, Attributes, Labels

Products can be filtered in two ways — using quick filters displayed above the table and advanced filters available in the side panel.

Quick Filters

Above the table you will find four instant filtering fields:

FieldAction
Search by TitleFilters products containing the entered phrase in the title
Search by BrandDropdown list of brands; start typing to narrow results
Search by Product TypeDropdown list of product types
Search by Product IDFilters by exact or partial ID

Filters apply instantly as you type — no need to click "Search".

Advanced Filters

Click the Filters button (or the funnel icon) to open the advanced filtering panel. You can filter by any table column, including:

Active filters are displayed as chips (tags) above the table. You can remove each chip by clicking ×, or clear all of them using the Clear All button.

The Search by Title field supports full-text search — type any part of a product name, and the table will automatically filter matching results.

How it works:

  1. Click the "Search by Title" field above the table.
  2. Start typing a phrase — the table filters in real time.
  3. To clear the search, delete the text from the field or click × on the filter chip.

Example: Typing winter boots will display all products whose title contains those words.

Search operates on the product title. To search other fields (e.g., description, GTIN), use the advanced filters.

Saving Views

Views (filter sets) allow you to save a favorite combination of filters and return to it with a single click. Sembot provides three built-in views, and you can create your own.

Built-in Views

Tabs with default views are visible above the table:

ViewWhat It Shows
All ProductsThe entire catalog with no filters applied
Active ProductsProducts that are visible and present in the feed
Inactive ProductsProducts that are hidden or absent from the feed

Creating a Custom View

  1. Set the filters you want to save (e.g., Category = "Shoes", Availability = "In Stock").
  2. Click the Save Filter Set button in the filter bar.
  3. In the dialog box, enter a name for the view, e.g., "Available Shoes".
  4. Confirm — the new view will appear as a tab above the table.

Managing Saved Views

  • Edit — click the pencil icon next to a tab to change its name or filters.
  • Delete — click the trash icon next to a tab.
  • Switch — click any tab to instantly switch to that view.

Tip: Saved views are a great productivity aid for daily work — create views for the segments you check most often, e.g., "Products without GTIN", "Products with Low Price", "New Products from Feed".
