Alert Types Available in the System

Notifications are grouped by topic. Each group can be expanded or collapsed in the settings view.
Feed Alerts
These relate to issues with product feeds — both incoming (source) feeds and outgoing feeds sent to Google or Meta.
| Notification | When it appears |

| Input feed error | Sembot cannot fetch your source feed |
| Product count drop in input feed | The number of products in the feed suddenly decreased — may indicate an export issue from your store |
| Output feed error | Problem generating the feed for Google or Meta |
| Missing required fields in output feed | Some products are missing data required by Google |
| Product count drop in output feed | Fewer products are reaching campaigns than expected |
Example use case: Your store updated the XML file structure and the feed stopped loading. Instead of discovering this only when sales drop, you receive an email alert the same day.
Projects

User Tasks
Notifications about tasks created and managed manually by users.

| Collaborator added | Someone added you as a collaborator |
| Comment created | A new comment was added to a task |

| Daily report with task due dates | Morning summary of tasks with upcoming deadlines |
Marketer AI Tasks
The same event types as above, but for tasks generated by the Marketer AI agent — for example, when AI created an optimization task or added a comment with a recommendation.
Workflow Tasks
Notifications about tasks created automatically by workflow processes (e.g., after detecting a campaign error or a data anomaly).
Summary Tasks
Notifications about aggregate tasks — e.g., a weekly campaign status summary generated by the system.
System Tasks
