This program is not available in the program management section on external CSS accounts. If it was previously enabled under Google Shopping, it will continue to work correctly.

If the program was not previously activated, it will not appear on the list of available programs.

To enable the program, use the following link: https://merchants.google.com/mc/customerreviews/agreement?a=GMC-ID replacing GMC-ID with the actual account identifier.
