I switched my GMC to Sembot CSS and lost access to GMC

Loss of access to the GMC account

This happened because your GMC account was previously a sub-account under an advanced (multi-account manager) account. During the process of switching to a CSS, it is either separated from that multi-account into a standalone account or transferred as a sub-account to the new CSS's multi-account.

In such a case, please contact us at [email protected] or via the built-in chat, and provide the email address to which access to the account should be restored.

⚠️ It is not possible to keep the sub-account under your own multi-account and connect it to a different CSS.
